Gone With The Wind

Scarlett and Rhett would feel right at home on this fly drive holiday which takes in some of the south's most beautiful towns and coastal regions. The charm of the old South is still apparant and Charleston and Savannah's streets are full of tree-lined squares, historic buildings and southern hospitality. Atlanta was the home of Margaret Mitchell, author of Gone With The Wind, and much of her inspiration for the novel can be found in the stately plantation houses.
