Northern Arizona

Leaving Phoenix drive the scenic route through Tonto National Forest and explore the ranges of impressive vegetation. Take in the views of Sitgreaves National Forest that range from 3000ft – 11000ft on your way to Holbrook. From here visit The Petrifi ed Forest National Park where vistas of green desert contrast with the red and purple of the mountains. Chinle resides at the entrance of the impressive Canyon de Chelly, ideal to trace the history of Native Americans. West of the canyon lies Kayenta from where you can reach Monument Valley with its landscape of purple, reds and golds. Boating takes on new dimensions at Lake Powell with its 186 mile long waterway. Travelling south sees The Grand Canyon; the natural wonder offers a unique panorama and is the ‘Crown Jewel’ of Arizona. After passing through the famous red rocks of Sedona travel south back to Phoenix.
