Great Lake Michigan

Starting from Chicago, drive east through Illinois and Indiana to Nappanee and then up to The American Riviera which boasts more white sand beaches than Hawaii, and lakeside towns such as South Haven with enough cafés and galleries to keep you busy for an entire summer. To the north lie the 480ft bluffs of Sleeping Bear Dunes, and beyond, Mackinac Island in its time-warp. On to Door County and your inn by Sturgeon Bay. Head south to that classic American city, Chicago. Shop on fashionable Michigan Avenue, ride to the top of Sears Tower, and hear the sounds of some of the best blues artists in Blues Chicago.
